Thoughtfully constructed, all levels group fitness addressing cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, power, mobility and agility. Classes are roughly 60 minutes in length. Please arrive on time. Be sure to always check your Zen Planner app for exact class location.
Late-cancels of less than 4 hours notice and no-shows are subject to a $5 fee. Please remember to tend to your reservation if your plans have changed so other members may utilize the spot.
